Just a perfect experience from beginning to end. Josh Martin was incredible with the details and set up of the installation, as well as the follow up and processing the rebate. Matt and Scott were exceptional with the installation and kept us informed about the process. The young electrician, I do not know his name, was also exceptional. All of them were methodical with their work and meticulously clean. It was an absolutely outstanding experience working with this team and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!!
Representative, Josh, was professional and friendly. No high pressure. He gave us options for a ductless mini split system, explained everything in great detail and gave us information for available rebates. He helped us every step of the way to qualify for rebates for the Fujitsu mini-split a/c, heat system. His patience and kindness in answering our questions was exceptional. Our Mini Split system which was installed by Woods was serviced. The Tec was great. Very hands on, very friendly. He called to let me know he was on his way and he arrived right after. We've always liked Woods.
