Our Mini Split system which was installed by Woods was serviced. The Tec was great. Very hands on, very friendly. He called to let me know he was on his way and he arrived right after. We've always liked Woods.

Very responsive. The tech was very professional. After a Quick diagnostic he had a solution that was covered under warranty. The only way it could have been better is if the ac unit had never malfunctioned in the first place. Very positive overall experience

Good Service. I don’t have to worry about running out of oil! I like the convenience of paying on line and having 30 days to do it. The couple of times I’ve called with a question my call has been answered promptly and I received a courteous and efficient answer. Thank you!
