Mom, 86, pays for their premium service contact and has been a customer for years. Called because heat stopped working. Tech came out and put a piece of tin foil and a cloth over it to fix a wire on the outside oil tank since they didn't have the right part. In the meantime, they broke the bulb in the basement near the boiler and never mentioned it. I’m totally frustrated and disappointed with the response I received from Woods. However, I do want to make it clear that the technician they sent out was exceptional. The problem was the total disregard for my issue! On 11/20/23 I contacted Woods to request they send a technician out because the propane in one of my buildings was not working. Wood's Heating poorly equipped its technician - the fault of the stockroom, not the technician Wood's Heating failed to service our burner during 2022 Wood's Heating failed to schedule our generator service during 2023

I was a long time customer of Woods and they were great. Seems after the pandemic they got awful. The prices of their oil was $200.00 more than other places. I had called about service to an air conditioning unit they put in . I called in my as mice had eaten into the hoses. They took out the hoses said be there in 2 weeks well lots of phone calls and asking lots of excuses later they came in February. I had to call the Better Business bureau to get them moving. I've been a customer of wood review for over 3 years when I relocated to RI. I signed up for the price CAP until this past month when my bill jumped 40% and was caught by surprised. When I called woods I was told that oil prices went up and I asked what is the purpose of the price CAP and was told they reevaluated my CAP conveniently and didn't think they needed to notify me of the change in my CAP. Product does not function properly. Service call took over two months before a man came out to look things over. The company would call late in the afternoon and ask if we were available rather than making an actual appointment. Service call did not improve the function of the unit and we were billed anyway.

We already filled out this survey twice! We were very pleased with the technician that serviced our furnace. Maintenance is everything.
