This is our second unit for air, 1st one needed parts right from the beginning 5x took long enough for them to finally decide to put in another unit, installed last year, this unit already cannot use waiting on parts, can't even get an answer on about when they will be in, Jill needs more training on how to treat people very rude, I am sure if this was her she wouldn't be a happy customer
My husband and I purchased an air unit a couple years back that unfortunately had to be serviced almost immediately, they serviced it at least 4 to 5 times, till finally Wendy decided to have new unit installed, which at that time we decided to get one also for bedroom this unit was installed last July and unfortunately not working, Matt had to come on Friday he was very good any time he came here, said we would get a call today 5-24, called them this morning and no one can give an answer on part that this new unit needs pap... read more
They just filled up my tank, and I was surprised with the bill. I called other companies nearby, and asked pricing for gallon price for full service contracts. And, guess what, Woods Heathing shamelessly charged me for full one dollar more! shame on you!
