The actual service itself was good but the getting checked in experience was a little strange the people couldnt figure out why the serial numbers didnt match their records. It was because that vehicle had never been serviced at Wyatt Johnson. Only our other GMC had been there.
After a bad experience with James Corlew, my battery didn't die 2 days later after getting my vechile services here.
Went in expecting to just get estimate for inoperable lift gate. I actually had it repaid in under an hour! Thank you for valuing my time. I will be back. Mike was an excellent service advisor from Start to finish. Thank you
Liked the service but didn't like the way the cost of the advanced 3 oil changes has gone up since I last bought it. It increased from $179 to $299! That's quite a jump to deal with!
Not sure I liked anything. The dealership DID NOT look into any of the items I had concerns with. They kept the vehicle an extra day to accomplish some diagnostic testing then called me the next day and said it was ready for pick up. When I looked at the notes from the service, there weren't any. When I questioned the service manager he wanted to schedule another time to look at my concerns???? That is why it was there! Why should I have to schedule another appointment? Took 1.5hrs to do an oil change that was scheduled and supposed to rotate tires and that did not take place. Oil change was done but no new sticker with the next oil change mileage updated, still has the old sticker on the window. Service center is going down hill fast and not happy with the service at Wyatt Johnson anymore.
