Great new building...same friendly staff!!
Took the 2022 Subaru Outback to Wyatt Johnson service for an oil change and tire rotation. They completed the benchmark without incident.

Service personnel would not tell me the specifics concerning why vehicle was recalled nor would they tell me what they did. There was a family emergency while I was in the waiting rom and no one could get in touch with me because the dealership would not page me, nor does the facility allow incoming or outgoing cell phone calls. When my wife contacted the dealership, the receptionist could not get in touch with the service department by phone. Very dissatisfied!. May schedule service elsewhere.
