The employees of this establishment are very polite and eager to help. The work is great almost all of the time. I have had the oil cap installed improperly twice, and the cover left off of the top of my engine once. This gives me justification to be concerned other details may be missed. The Parts and materials used all seem to be top notch, I am pleased there. I was disappointed that a lifetime alignment is no longer offered by the dealership. My wife and I started at WJ Toyota with our awesome salesman Dereck. We talked with him about a ‘25 RAV4 and looked at a used Subaru and my wife liked it so we asked if Dereck could sell us one at the WJ Subaru.
