I arrived at my 1:00 appointment on time, upon arriving and checking in for my appointment, Emma told me that there aren't any appointments ahead of me and the whole process should take about an hour and 15 minutes. And that I would be called regarding the price of the passenger break light. By 2:40-2:45 I had not received any phone call from the service department, so I called for a status update and the gentleman that I spoke to told me that they haven't even started on my car.
