My brand new vehicle was scratched pretty bad this past Friday and It's only a week old. I went to the Bert Kouns Linwood location to report it and had a great experience with the assistant manager but had to come back to report more damages less than an hour later and had to deal with Rebecca and when I tell you she is RUDE! Aweful customer service. Went through car wash came out with cracked windshield. Filled out claim and was denied with a have page stock letter. Tried to contact for explanation or picture from entering car wash. After 5 attempts no one will respond. I’m sure they don’t care but I will never be back. I simple email or phone call would have resolved matter but claims manager just ignores contact
Worst Experience Ever!! Xpress Car Wash damaged my mom's vehicle! I reported it immediately and filled out a claim report and took pictures. I sent all of this in an email. Reached out on Facebook and through the website! No one at Xpress is responding. DO NOT GO HERE under any circumstance. Read all the reviews!! Many people have had damage!! Look at the proof in the pictures! Your car will be damaged and they will refuse responsibility!
