Not impressed. They pack the cars in so tight. Last time I got put behind a truck with rocks in its bed and they all hit my windshield chipping it. Machines at vacuums that dispense cleaning products were broke.
Do not go here. They damaged by bumper and did not want to pay. On top of that the District manger Mr. White was rude and inconsiderate. The manager Shawn also lied. I will be reporting to the BBB and getting an Atty. Very Bad Business!!!!! Have been there numerous times. But on this date it was my fault they tore my bumper off. Very Sad! But every dog has its day!
Visited the new location on Broadway on Sunday, 11/3/19. After the wash at a restaurant, I notice that one of my step covers on my running boards was ripped off and the wash didn’t get everything off, so I had to go back there and get my broken step cover and asked the kid for a rewash. He let me get another wash, but this time after I go through the wash, I get out to see if everything was still intact. Vehicle was severely damaged. As these things happen, I was still willing to return and use the facility again in the future. Then I spoke to the manager Jeff White. Who informed me that they would be willing to fix the damages but only if I used his guy. Given that I have a new vehicle still under warranty and blemish free(Paint Included) I wanted my vehicle repaired at Toyota to ensure continue national coverage.
