Xpress Car wash is a joke. Customer service is no where to be found and paying for a monthly subscription that never gets fully fulfilled because they turn half of the wash off every single time. Plus they offer no kind of multi vehicle discount. If you’re in the Tyler area do yourself a favor and cancel your membership if you have one and go to Gleaux. I very seldom go through a drive through car wash but today I did. First I was rolled into the truck in front of me so I hit his trailer hitch and put a small dent in my car and then because we were so close that the front of my car wasn’t even touched! Yes the attendant knew he told me I had a small dent! This just happened: I gave $25 to xpress to get a dent in my bumper and no wash on the front of my car…Really! So I’ve had a membership for about a year now. My first car I used going through this company was a 2018 ford focus, never had any issues the 7 months I had that car. I traded it in being a sells manager at a dodge dealer had a great deal on a one owner 2014 dodge avenger with the ralleye package. Its a one owner with 45k miles. It was owned by a 92 year old women that also kept it in a garage. No issues, no loose parts, nothing previously broken nor anything aftermarket. Ran the car about 6 times through no issues. Very poor customer service! F-bombs shouted at me by a worker there. Won’t be back, but will stop in for a refund.
They force the line too close, stopped the line running causing my car to hit the one in front of me not once but twice. Blamed it on me. When My car was in their conveyer in neutral under their control. Then Cancelled My membership and would not refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND
One of the brushes or blowers broke the weatherstrip off the front of my car and the guy told me there was nothing he could do because it was an aftermarket item. I find this to be absolutely insane.
Terrible customer service. Manger on duty is extremely rude. Canceling my subscriptions due to him.
