I was made very welcome when I arrived here. The treatment I have received has helped with my walking as the staff are all very patient.

It's nice to know that Westgate House Care Home is here. We found them very helpful, friendly and efficient. The patients are cared for and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
After spending 5 weeks in QVM and going home for just 48 hours after another fall, spending another 2 weeks in hospital and coming to Westgate for rehab, I find that I can walk much better. The staff are lovely and so helpful, rehab was rehab, food was lovely, nurses were good but the carers were so lovely and nothing was too much. I would not be as I am today, a massive thank you to each and everyone, even down to your admin staff. I can't say thank you enough.
I am full of praise for the staff here. The care has been first class and has helped me to make a fairly rapid recovery. They were kind and sympathetic and have given me so much confidence. The physio section is amazing. I cannot thank everyone enough.
