I have been extremely inspired by the quality of care and services. Everything from the exercises to food is of the highest standard and I count myself to be extremely lucky to have been sent here. The staff are amazing.
I came to Westgate after my hip operation. The staff and professionals treated me very well. I had excellent support which has enabled me to become independent and be at home.
The staff were all kind and helpful. The OT staff, in particular, I appreciate the help they gave me. I can't find fault with anything at Westgate House. My stay there was a happy one.
It was a pleasure and a privilege to have stayed at Newgate House.
I was treated with care and respect and kindness by the nurses, care workers and the physios. There was not anything that was too much trouble. In particular, the physio team were exemplary in getting me to walk with the frame and to extend my mobility and become more independent.
I have received nothing but kindness from the whole staff. They have done everything possible to get me back on my feet and I will always remember my stay at Westgate House. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
The care was excellent. Management phone us with updates and let us speak to Mum when she was distressed. Very helpful all round.
My Mother in Law was very happy with her care. She was treated with kindness and dignity. The therapists were excellent and all the staff were good at communication with the family. All were accessible when we had questions.
Not knowing what to expect when "Aunty" was taken to Westgate House it was an extremely positive experience. From the welcome, she received it was all very uplifting from the reception, ward manager, nursing and all auxiliary staff everyone was excellent and incredibly caring.
