We have bought furniture, tv and appliances from them and had no problem, until the queen mattress we had got a big indent. Technician came out and said the box was the wrong one, so when Youngs called me and said that it wasn't their box spring I told them that was what you sent they told me I was wrong. There was a stain on the mattress and that voided the warrany but if they would have sent the right box spring this may not have happenned.

Customer service and satisfaction are not just dead at youngs its moldy. Sure not the bob young i remember doing business with

Crooks! Will never do business with them again! I have a $388 bill for furniture I didn't have and am paying for a gift card I won't receive for I have no idea when.

We picked out a mattress in store that we liked and went by their computer as to what one to get. Big mistake,the one we got still does not feel like the one we wanted. I was told I had upto 30 days to exchange, and if I wanted to purchase a plan for 90 day return I could. Well 3 weeks after we bought it. I went back not happy. And then I find out that the 30day return was not true and if I wanted to return I should have bought the return plan. Not a good experience with salesperson Paula. She misled us on when our furniture would arrive and didn't even bother to call us to keep us informed about it. If I go back I will not be dealing with her!!
