My wife and I ordered a matching leather powered love seat and couch last year. When we asked about the set we were told they were both in the warehouse so we sold our sectional so we had the room ready for the set that weekend. We got a phone call that Friday saying they didn’t have the couch for the loveseat and wouldn’t be able to drop it off. lost my business years ago...bought gobs of stuff from them...all over a t.v., that when I called service center, and gave them the serial # said it was a K - Mart # ....wonder where Bob got it!!!! never treated so badly...

I have had no problems with the appliance part of the store. The service person , I believe his name is Caleb, is awesome. I have a problem with the Art Van Furniture, they have terrible service. We purchased a mattress and box spring had it delivered and set up by Art Van, The mattress developed a dip in the side approximately 1-2 years after purchasing it. Art van sent a "service person" to evaluate the mattress, he made a mess of the room and took about 5 pictures on his cell phone and left. Today, we were told that ... read more

We have bought furniture, tv and appliances from them and had no problem, until the queen mattress we had got a big indent. Technician came out and said the box was the wrong one, so when Youngs called me and said that it wasn't their box spring I told them that was what you sent they told me I was wrong. There was a stain on the mattress and that voided the warrany but if they would have sent the right box spring this may not have happenned.

Crooks! Will never do business with them again! I have a $388 bill for furniture I didn't have and am paying for a gift card I won't receive for I have no idea when.

We picked out a mattress in store that we liked and went by their computer as to what one to get. Big mistake,the one we got still does not feel like the one we wanted. I was told I had upto 30 days to exchange, and if I wanted to purchase a plan for 90 day return I could. Well 3 weeks after we bought it. I went back not happy. And then I find out that the 30day return was not true and if I wanted to return I should have bought the return plan.
