Very pleased with the look of our new shower. Installer was very professional and courteous. Asked questions to be sure everything was fitting what we expected. Let us know if he ran into any issues and how he was fixing them. Plumber also was very professional and polite. Even came back next day to double check a few things were working properly.
Matt and Robin were(are) top notch. They were courtesy and meticulous.
I would recommend Lowe’s for their products and for their knowledgeable service representatives
Everything was done just the way they said they would. I didn’t have a couple of suggestions, however.

I am not likely to recommend My Home Improvement to a friend, and the reason for that is because they were very timely in coming out to doing the complication. The problem was they hired subcontractors to install the windows in which one of the windows was not measured correctly. My Home Improvement said it was measured correctly when they came out to put in the windows, which was all completed at one time.
Seems that one installer vs another one had different opinions on the window to be installed. The first installer seemed to really not want to do the install and the second installer Rick knew his business and made sure everything was correct even though the first window would have fit we had to go thru 3 different windows to get the right one finally.
