Talking job wasn't up to par
i can't see good
It’s been months still windows are not done they keep having defects and people who did first install di it wrong we have no Privacy I the house for mo the this is ridiculous I’d like to get my old windows back and go with another company
Windows ain't worth the cost
I am not likely to recommend My Home Improvement to a friend, and the reason for that is because they were very timely in coming out to doing the complication. The problem was they hired subcontractors to install the windows in which one of the windows was not measured correctly. My Home Improvement said it was measured correctly when they came out to put in the windows, which was all completed at one time.
Contact with the company was extremely difficult. The time it took to get the windows installed from the time of order was extremely long. 10 months.
We as homeowners would recommend Your Home Improvement Co to everyone.
I have drawers that do not close, handles that are not screwed in, edges unfinished and drawers that are stiff to open/operate
