Seems that one installer vs another one had different opinions on the window to be installed. The first installer seemed to really not want to do the install and the second installer Rick knew his business and made sure everything was correct even though the first window would have fit we had to go thru 3 different windows to get the right one finally. If Rick would have been the first installer to show up it would have been completed at that time instead of a year and a half later. Other than that I would Recommend this Com... read more
I am not likely to recommend My Home Improvement to a friend, and the reason for that is because they were very timely in coming out to doing the complication. The problem was they hired subcontractors to install the windows in which one of the windows was not measured correctly. My Home Improvement said it was measured correctly when they came out to put in the windows, which was all completed at one time.
