Our installer was Matthew. He did an absolute amazing job! He is very hardworking and made sure the job was done right! He kept us well informed throughout the whole process. When he had questions about what we wanted he asked. Very personable and professional.
Matthew was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed throughout the install of uniquenesses he encountered. He answered all of my questions and showed me progress along the way. He listened to my feedback related to the grab bar placement also. I look forward to using the new shower after the caulk sets.
Matthew did a wonderful job with our bathroom! It looks great! Very courteous and willing to answer questions. We would definitely have him come again for any other work we needed.
We have had multiple window installations done by Home Improvement and been very satisfied which is why we chose them to do our tub conversion. The installer Matthew was here early and stayed late to finish in one day. The installation is absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be more pleased ! The workmanship is amazing, Well done!!
Matthew did a great job installing our shower. The only reason 5 stars weren’t given was because our project had a couple of setbacks due to the wrong parts being delivered so we were without a shower for over 2 months.
