I signed my contract for new windows in Novemver of 2023. It wasn't fully completed until March 11, 2025. I am a patient person but that is ridiculous. The sales people sure sold me on YHIC but that timeline is unacceptable.
A 10 day cabinet re-facing job is still not done after 5 months. YHIC failed 3 times to order the needed parts in the correct dimensions. They have lied to us about the status of the orders, and they are REALLY bad about communicating.
