Matthew was fabulous. The salesman was friendly and I obviously signed, but I’m irritated that things I thought I paid for were not on the contract and I missed it in the rush to “sign today” for the big discount. I don’t know if it was worth it. I am normally a DIYer and prices now are outrageous, but I dislike the sales practices.
The manufacturer sent the wrong bathroom sink. As a result, we were without a bathroom sink for nearly one-and-a-half months. Your Home Improvement merely placed blame on the manufacturer and did nothing to make things right for us or compensate us in any way for the inconvenience of having no sink in our bathroom for so long.
Contract signing was July everything had to be ripped out and redone final product was not what we needed or expected many delays. If we had any idea of the final product we would not have moved forward. The tear out that was done did not give us any choice but to move forward. The work was so bad it was re done. The redone by Matt was done correctly but not what we were expecting when we agreed to the project.
I signed my contract for new windows in Novemver of 2023. It wasn't fully completed until March 11, 2025. I am a patient person but that is ridiculous. The sales people sure sold me on YHIC but that timeline is unacceptable.
