Contract signing was July everything had to be ripped out and redone final product was not what we needed or expected many delays. If we had any idea of the final product we would not have moved forward. The tear out that was done did not give us any choice but to move forward. The work was so bad it was re done. The redone by Matt was done correctly but not what we were expecting when we agreed to the project.
One of my windows cracked two weeks after installation. I have called twice to report this issue and not gotten a call back. Why?
