All of the guys who helped us were do nice and very open to us having tons of questions. They answered everything and did such an amazing job at remodeling our tub and shower! We loved working with YHIC and their staff. They also answered all of our questions and concerns. This project was quite expensive for what was offered but the plan did fit our needs. The project slated to be a 2 day install turned into 4+ months trying to get the details correct. It was difficult to get help to start with since I could not find the right person to talk to. Once I did, then we had to wait on parts being manufactured. The part that was installed did not come with a manual and so several parts were improperly installed and a return visit had to be scheduled.
Salespeople were knowledgeable and thorough with their inspection and helped us choose the right option that fit our needs. Once the install was scheduled, it was quick and the work was done well. Our new windows look great and we're happy with the outcome.
