Doesn't seem very knowledgeable about the process at all. When we switched realtors he was rude and it was apparent he and she had something cooked up between themselves. I would not recommend. This was the third house I have bought, never have I had such difficulties with a conventional loan.

It was very disappointing, yo say the least. First, he was ruse when we fired our first realitor , who wasn't listening to our request. Then we received rude, message for not telling him, which our realitor has nothing to do with our finances. Then he had me on the loan, off the loan, back on loan, and couldn't make his mind up. We had stated we wanted to do the loan together. I thought your closing cost were way out of line. I was not informed that the loan was switched from conventional to FHA. I could go on and on.
