Being switched from one person to the next and not just dealing with one person is what we didnt like. One of them just seemed hateful and short and impatient with us and slow to respond. So fir our 1st time wasnt quiet as great feeling as we expected.

I found that there was some misinformation at times, excessive documentation, rude staff (not Mr. Lovett but Ammoria Daniels), unclear closing dates (three weeks past original date). I also found that the interest rate not being locked in from initial application period to be out of sync with other institutions. Mine went from 4.875 to 4.50 then back up to 4.625. I was also told I would only have to put down 3% then the week of closing it jumps to 5%, although we have great credit. Max limit????

I understand that the paperwork for a loan like this is tremendous and timelines are not solid. However, as a first time home buyer I would have liked a little bit more clear and detailed communication about how the process was moving along.

what made it great when it got over with,it was a long stressful 6 months ,not because of the Lender company the Seller with a Short Sale,one of the worse night mare of a buying a house I ever experience , Thank you

GOOD was not an option to pick. Underwriting process was overwhelming.
