Our home loan took months to finalize and MULTIPLE deadlines were missed along the way. Zack continued to push it off on other people and reasons, despite the fact that this was not what we were sold when we started the whole process. Zack also talks to you like a used car salesman, he puts a positive spin on everything in an effort to distract you from the real fact that your lease is up and he still can't get your home loan finalized. I will not be referring this company to anyone I know.

information related to my agent was incorrect multiple times. We were suppose to be able to get our loan with nothing down and had to come up with about 4,600, clearing our two kids savings. I'm just glad it's over honestly.

The processor on our loan was great. A. Daniels was her name. I received little to no ongoing communication from Mr. Lovett. I will only share this experience as described with my friends and family.

As a second time home buyer, this experience was different from my first purchase. I realize things have changed from over a decade ago, however I would have liked to have had better communication on the loan estimate and guidance. Everything was based upon us waiting for the underwriters. As opposed to being pre-approved for a set amount and rate on the front end. We weren't fully aware of loan rate until time to close. The numbers keep adjusting.
