I got a deep tissue massage and facial at Zi Spa. One of the best massages I have ever gotten. Daniel did a great job. The facial was great as we'll, but if I had to choose one I would go with the massage. Not too expensive either. The spa is very tranquil and has a nice lounge for you to wait in. They serve lunch with some packages and from what I saw other guests eating it looked really yummy. If I lived in the area I would go back. Great customer service as well. Whenever Im in town I try to get an appointment with Kathy at Zi Spa. I have super long thick hair and no one knows how to cut it and color it except for Kathy. It is way out of my way to get here but totally worth it. Ive had her do my makeup once too and she did an amazing job.

We booked a couples reflexology treatment and left deeply disappointed. One technician was decent and seemed to understand pressure points. The other, however, started late, finished early, and provided no real therapeutic benefit. The value just isn't there--for what we paid, we expected a thoughtful, consistent, and restorative experience. Instead, we felt like we spent a lot of money for very little in return. The depth of service doesn't match the price point, and we won't be returning.

I have visited this spa with my husband four times. The first three visits we loved it, raved about. Then they became sneaky with dropping services without notice. This is where the two stars comes in. We used to get their famed "Ultimate Indulgence" package for couples. This includes 2 facials, 2 massages, 2 pedicures, a snack tray, and drink. I wish I had done my homework on this place. If you want to have your nails painted with NO cuticle work done, then this is the place to go. Nail techs were nice & accommodating. HOWEVER for $130 we were extremely disappointed. My painted nails do not look like they were done professionally AT ALL. I hadn't had a mani/pedi for ages and really needed to have my cuticles trimmed. Apparently they don't trim cuticle's! I will not be going back. Again... really disappointed!

Massage was great (I would give 5 stars for our massages). I am leaving 1 star because I booked appointments for massage and pedicures 2 months ago. I was called by Zi spa receptionist to rebook the time for our service 3 weeks ago, which we agreed to no problem. We Checked in for our services and nothing was said about our pedicure appointments. After our massage we were informed they double booked for pedicures and we would not be getting our pedicures. We were offered a pizza for the inconvenience which we declined. Very ... read more

I was booked for a balayage, paid for a balayage, and got into the chair only to be told that they do not do balayage. I let the stylist convince me she could do "foilayage" that would look the same. It does not, it looks like foils but somehow even worse. The website has balayage, I booked and got confirmation for balayage, but showed up and "oh we don't do it."
