I was there, after I came home I saw what a terrible job, they left polish on my toes the manicure was just painting never did the cuticles, I will not be back
Well, here it is Valentine's Day and I booked a 3 1/2 hour spa package gift at Zi Spa this afternoon for my wife, to be followed by a nice dinner at her favorite restaurant. There was a bomb threat in the hotel next door, and everyone was put into a small room until further notice. Many services were cancelled, including one of mine. The scene was clear and the man had already been taken into custody by the time we were notified, so my friends and I figured we would stay and make the most of our spa day by enjoying the amenities. What happened here? It was a great place to go but the service and quality is terrible. Sorry Zi Spa but you need to reinvent or you're going to go away.
When I first started going to Zi Spa is was amazing. I would show up a half an hour early just to relax in the zen room and drink some tea or cucumber water before my massage or Pedicure. Years ago they accidentally double booked my appointment. Apologies were made, they discounted my massage since I had to wait and even bought me lunch. These guys had it figured out. Came in here for a group pedicure for a bridal party. The lady who did my nails was very sweet and nice although the massage was horrible and my nail polish was very lumpy by the time they dried up. Two of us had gel polish on the toenails and when I called on the phone to ask about it the lady was rude and couldn't even be respectful. A group of us came in to get manicures and pedicures for a wedding and while the technicians were personable, very sweet, and did a fantastic job...the front desk was TERRIBLE and the service was very unpleasant. I've come here before and have always loved my experience, but was very disappointed that the girls in the front desk couldn't even put a smile on and be nice. We won't be coming back!!

Went in for a brazilian wax. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The room was clean and nice and so was the esthetician, but she had no idea what she was doing. Got the wax so stuck, she had to cut it off! Apparently she also didn't think to lock the door when someone is half naked in the room, so someone walked in in the middle! I was so embarrassed! They compensated me only $10 for the embarrassment!
