Had an amazing pedicure which was worth every penny! The staff, the atmosphere, the service; all amazing! Very clean and professional! Few things I wish were different was more color choices (I have a favorite color from OPI which wasn't included in the color samples) and a divider between nails and hair. I can understand with a larger group getting nails and hair it would be fun altogether but the hair area is quite loud, especially when you're having an amazing and relaxing pedi!
First visit and I will be back for more. After getting massages for over 20 years in many states by more than 25 masseurs I can tell you Deidra was hands down the best. I require deep and hard pressure to get relief from chronic neck and back pain. This Spa is first class with beautiful interior decorations and staff which is second to none. You won't be disappointed and don't bother looking for others, this is the best Spa in CDA!
Kate Roberts did my lash extensions and they look AMAZING! She worked with professionalism and precision. Kate is the go-to girl for quality lashes!
The gal who did my hair is superb! Not only was she super nice, but she gave me exactly what I asked for. I always fear that my hair will get cut too short, but not in this case. The shine and body I left with was also top of the line. It is so nice to go somewhere that uses different products than the rest of town. Plus, who doesn't love free wine with services?!?! This was my 1st time here (a local). My appointment was for 2:00 for a pedicure. At 2:25, I inquired what was the update for the delay. Apparently miscommunication. My time is also valuable-there was no checking up/updating me until I said something. 1st impressions are important. Nail tech was apologetic & very nice. This was my first visit - i will be returning to the Highlands. Felt more welcoming there.
Had my acrylic nails done today by Tonya, she is AWESOME! I just moved here from California where I felt I had the very best manicurist ever and was worried I would not find someone here in CDA. I was wrong. They look amazing and she was so professional and such a perfectionist. I am so pleased. Great Salon with great people. The owner mans the front desk and was supper nice; she runs a first class salon that offers so many services. So glad I found Tonya & Zi, no need to look any further.
The best massage I have ever had and it was a maternity massage! Had a refresh spa package and everyone was great, it was so relaxing. Definitely recommend this spa and Martha is a great masseuse!
Just got gel nails ( best I've ever had) by Tonya Cooper at Zi Spa and had toe nails done in gel too. This was new to me but I'm now a fan. Tonya is amazing. Looked all over CdA for someone to do a good set of gel nails. FOUND HER!!!'and the bonus is gel toe nails. Didn't know it was possible.
Nikki is the absolute BEST for haircuts and color! I'll never go to anyone else after finding her. Not only does she do an amazing job, but she is so incredibly sweet and personable, you'll have a hard time NOT giggling the entire time. She truly is a gem.
