Doesn't pick up leaves I recently retired my 12 year old Hayward Navigator pool vac just to give this one a try, and I'm not liking it so far. It doesn't pick up half the debris the old Navigator did, and it's about twice the size. What convinced me to try the Baracuda was the claim that it did better picking up larger debris than most other pool vacs, which I've found to be not true. Does the job This is the third G3 I have owned over 25 years.It cleans my in-ground pool pretty well once it is setup properly.It has one moving part (Diaphragm)that sucks up all the debris and is easy to replace when torn or cut. Dont purchase the OEM Diaphragm. They are overpriced and you can get cheaper alternatives that work as well.
Working well I replaced another brand that really didn’t work. So far I’m happy with the way it is working. Climbing the walls again still need to make some adjustments as it does not stay in the deep end enough.
Easy to install Pool skimmer does a real good job. I always buy Zodiac but this was my first time purchase on Amazon. Like many other purchases, ordering was easy and delivery was prompt.
Keeps Pool Spotless Never felt compelled to leave a product review before, but this item is unbelievable. Setup is easy and once it gets going, you’ll never need to touch your pool again. I’ve had several cleaners in the past that I liked, but none of them can touch this one.
Best pool cleaner I have used I have had other brands of pool cleaners and this one is my favorite. Only one moving part. Took a bit to set up but works great in my 16x32 foot pool.
Better than anything my large pool dealer carried Needed a new pool vacuum after awhile as to be expected. Out of habit bought the best one my pool dealer now carried. Poor in all aspects. Took it back. Found this one here. Great in all aspects. Rubbed it in to pool dealer. Still great after years of use.
Arrived early, in excellent condition with no missing parts I bought this to replace my old one that had performed well for over 10 years. This is a workhorse! Easy to replace parts when needed, no fancy electronics to break down, and replacement parts are readily available.
Difficult My husband bought this for my mom's inground pool. It came with instructions "See website". It's very large and cumbersome as well as difficult to put together, even when you go to the website. The fitting that goes into the skimmer did not fit properly. Returned.
