Quiet !! Nice vacuum Very happy with this vacuum. The old one was a low budget and noisy. This one is very quiet easy to assemble. Does a great job keeping the pool clean. It cleans the floor and side walls as well. Highly recommend!!
Simply the best After many years of researching and trying, this cleaner is by far the best for our pool. It cab run on the lowest RPM and still move around cleaning. It lasts long and parts are easy to replace.
Wish we would have bought one years ago. We have been manually cleaning our pool for 10 years with the good old pole and vacuum head once a week, what a pain. When my husband needed shoulder surgery we decided to invest in this and see how it went, now we wish we would have bought one years ago! The pool is cleaner than it’s ever been and the dogs love to lay and watch it make it’s way around lol.
Great Buy ! The media could not be loaded. After researching several other models, I decided to purchase my second barracuda. The first one lasted almost 5 years. That is, with leaving it in the pool everyday. This time around I think I will leave it in Monday through Thursdays to see if it will prolong the life. Otherwise the only thing I do is change the diaphragm and make sure my filter is clean. Love it!
Beats the crap out of my Great White Kreepy Krauly Got my Zodiac G3, pulled it out of the box, set the vacuum test gauge to 2, put the hoses together, attached the weight ring to the middle of the second hose, hooked up the G3, turned on the vac and within one hour this thing had vacuumed the entire bottom and sides of my 40,000 gallon pool. Should have bought this years ago! The media could not be loaded. I have to say, I am very impressed by this zodiak G3. Low cost for a suction pool cleaner, only one or two parts to replace if a part is old (also low cost for parts), Very easy to install, and also saves a lot of energy with the pump. I believe the last statement applies only/mainly if you use variable speed pump! Before, I used my Zodiak MX6 every day for 2 hours, and it ran at 2750RPM@ 655watts. BETTER than 4 wheel pool cleaners and CHEAPER We had a 4 wheel hayward pool cleaner, it worked fine but didn't go up walls good enough and cost of repairs was expensive. This is better investment. 😊
