3.0 out of 5 stars Not for palms I've had this vacuum for 2 years now. I will say, if you have palm fronds, this is NOT the vacuum for you. I am constantly having to take it apart to unwrap the palms from the rotar. It also frequently gets caught on our main drain. Just 2 weeks ago one of the hose segments started coming apart. This is now the 3rd that has unraveled. I would hope they would last longer than 2 years.
5.0 out of 5 stars Best pool vac we ever bought! This thing is amazing. It climbs all the way to the top of the pool. Cleans the tile, steps, walls, and floor very well. It’s the perfect size for our pool it never gets twisted or stuck anywhere. I highly recommend this pool vac.

3.0 out of 5 stars Hoses are not great I purchased this vacuum on the recommendation of my pool service man. Sometimes the vacuum ends up in a position where it can't roll along the bottom of the pool. I had to switch back to my old hose because the new hoses let air in which caused issues with the suction. The product was easy enough to set up. I cannot comment on durability at this time.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful product!! The media could not be loaded. This pool vacuum is absolutely amazing. So easy to use. It does a great job in just a few easy steps. I hook this up in the morning and come back a couple hours later to a super clean pool. It climbs the walls and steps, cleaning about goes. The hose is long enough to stretch across the entire pool. So easy to connect and disconnect for storage. Would DEF recommend this vacuum to anyone with a pool!!
3.0 out of 5 stars Slow moving machine This is a very slow-moving machine. I also believe price is HIGH END. when it goes near to wall, it just sits there and think for a minute or so before moving forward. But very slow. I tried adjusting the speed, and it did not WORK.
3.0 out of 5 stars Hoses The vacuum has a great suction and works wonderfully, however I have had to replace four hoses in four months of use. The hoses are not durable in the southwestern summer sun.
