Excellent vacuum!
Highly recommend ! It’s been doing a great job cleaning my pool since I figured the best settings in my pool valves to provide adequate vacuum. The only advice I would give to someone considering buying is if you have a variable speed pump you’re going to have to run it on high. I usually run mine on low but in order to use the mx8 I have to turn my main off and crank up the pump to max during cleaning.

The Max 8 Elite is fabulous. There is a large tree near our pool which sheds leaves often and the Max 8 elite with the cyclonic leaf canister makes the weekley vacuuming a breeze! We love the quick connection and light weight of the hose pieces.

I was considering the G3 Pro until I discussed my needs with the pool folks. Since Zodiac Days was ongoing, they suggested I consider the MX8 Elite which was on a serious discount making the price point very attractive for this kind of unit over the G3Pro. Works great does the.walls. One thing it gets stuck behind the ladder on occasion. Other then that it’s a great product.
