Excellent experience! We filled out the rebate forms online and just 3-5 days later, we received our free leaf catcher and rebate card! The actual pool vacuum works perfectly.

Was very difficult to get initial settings on speed right. It would run for a while then stop. Increasing speed just a hair fixed it. Very frustrating as initial speed was in 20-25 rpm . Now working the pool is cleanest it’s ever been compared to two previous cleaners

The MX8 Elite pool cleaner is fabulous. First of all it looks cool, like a mini tank able to dominate the leaves on the pool bottom. Even better it is super easy to install, and it works really well. It is not only powerful; the swivel joint means it never gets twisted up in the suction hose. The free cyclone filter provided as a bonus is much easier to use than the old canister filter I used to have. Altogether a great design job. Now I am testing the longevity.
