I've tried many types of pool cleaners and the Zodiac MX8 Elite has worked the best for me so far. The cleaner works very reliably and picks up nearly all debris. My pool is surrounded by many queen palms that like to drop their nuts in the pool and they are managed without issue unlike competitive products. Registered my Zodiac MX8 Elite cleaner and was looking forward to my rebate. Was originally turned down due to length of time "required" to submit and expressed my displeasure with the "fine print". Their customer service contacted me to make it right. They've restored my faith in big business. I really appreciate them checking into this and amending their computer pushed response to my rebate request. Works as advertised. Climbs the pool walls and works with my variable speed pump. Very impressive.
Easy install and working very well
When I purchased the product the salesperson at Leslie pool supply convinced me to purchase it, since he uses it and mentioned how crystal clear his pool was. Installing it was quick, instructions were very easy but it seems that it keeps needing to be clean daily due to getting clogged up with debris very quickly
