Works great, but when I submitted the registration and warranty for rebates I haven't heard back from them and it's been 2 weeks, would have thought I would get a email back within a day or so but nothing, this concerns me

The MX8 has been an awesome pool cleaner with absolutely no issues taking it right from the box to the pool. Would recommend to friends and family when looking to purchase one.
Haven't had it long. So far we are pleased. Had to adjust skimmer flow to get enough suction. It works really well on the small stuff, climbs the walls including coping (impressive) but still has trouble with stiff leaves (like Photinia and Indian Hawthorn). Easy, top-side access for clearing jammed leaves. For a suction machine, I recommend it.

It is working well as expected. However I was told that I was going to get a $150.00 rebate at Leslie's pool supply but I got only 2 $ 25.00 coupon. I have not been to the store yet.

It is doing an excellent job.
Been using the mx8 elite for 2 weeks. Setup was easy. Cleaner works great. Love the brushes which is why I chose this one. I think the inline strainer is a must so I bought one and added it 2 days ago. I dont like it sucking debris all the way back to the pump just because its more work to open it. Overall I'm satisfied. I only run 1 day a week in a 21,000 gallon fiberglass pool
