The Pool Store that we bought the Max 8 from was not very helpful at all. We call several time ....going to charge us to give us instructions on setting it up. I finally figured it out by playing with all of the valves to get it to work. The unit works without climbing the walls because main drain can't be closed all of the way. That would not allow any circulation of the water. So unless there is something else I should be changing of setting to get the ful use of this product? Then it only half works. Any suggestions?

I've had the cleaner a few weeks and it does a great job. I am still waiting to hear back on my rebate.
Amazing!!!! Previous owner had a housekeeper. We got the Zodiac for the tile floors. After washing three times! the house is brighter and lighter. The depressions in the tile we NOT brown; they were cream. The Zodiac did an incredible job.
Simple. Works great. No issues.
Works well free’s me up to do other things rather than vacuuming and dipping the net into the pool to remove debris
