The Pool Store that we bought the Max 8 from was not very helpful at all. We call several time ....going to charge us to give us instructions on setting it up. I finally figured it out by playing with all of the valves to get it to work. The unit works without climbing the walls because main drain can't be closed all of the way. That would not allow any circulation of the water. So unless there is something else I should be changing of setting to get the ful use of this product? Then it only half works. Any suggestions?

First, verify proper flow by counting the wheel rotations of the cleaner tracks. Next, ensure the hose float is positioned approximately 9" from the cleaner. UPDATE! I was contacted by Zodiac to see how I liked this cleaner, I mentioned the one brush that fell off and they offered to send me a replacement at n/c! Thank you so much for the follow up and support! Original Review: "The MX8 Elite Cleaner is amazing! I had an old Barracuda suction style that made an annoying clicking sound. Amazing!!!! Previous owner had a housekeeper. We got the Zodiac for the tile floors. After washing three times! the house is brighter and lighter. The depressions in the tile we NOT brown; they were cream. The Zodiac did an incredible job.
