We're very impressed so far with our new MX8 suction cleaner. After 10 1/2 years in our pool home, the "Sand Shark" that we bought in the first year finally gave out. Since we bought that one on the recommendation of our local pool supply store, we were comfortable going with their choice again. This unit does almost everything better than the old one! The Pool Store that we bought the Max 8 from was not very helpful at all. We call several time ....going to charge us to give us instructions on setting it up. I finally figured it out by playing with all of the valves to get it to work. The unit works without climbing the walls because main drain can't be closed all of the way. That would not allow any circulation of the water. So unless there is something else I should be changing of setting to get the ful use of this product? Then it only half works. Any suggestions?

UPDATE! I was contacted by Zodiac to see how I liked this cleaner, I mentioned the one brush that fell off and they offered to send me a replacement at n/c! Thank you so much for the follow up and support! Original Review: "The MX8 Elite Cleaner is amazing! I had an old Barracuda suction style that made an annoying clicking sound. This MX8 is quiet and very efficient. It took a little adjusting with the water pressure and now it is dialed in and does a great job. Climbs the walls up to the tile and gets everwhere.
