Purchased a pool pump pool cleaner two years ago and the cleaner would not even leave the deep end. Our neighbor has a MX-8 and let us use it. The cleaner climbed all walls and tries to get out of the pool. We purchased a MX-8 for our own and same results. Easy set up and slight adjustment (to keep it in the pool) and we are done. After each cleaning we totally disassemble and store, that’s how easy this is.

We're very impressed so far with our new MX8 suction cleaner. After 10 1/2 years in our pool home, the "Sand Shark" that we bought in the first year finally gave out. Since we bought that one on the recommendation of our local pool supply store, we were comfortable going with their choice again. This unit does almost everything better than the old one! Other than the convex curves on our steps and three pinch points around the outside of the pool(which it now cleans while running horizontally), it just rocks along like it ... read more
