It works ok for the bottom of the pool but won’t go up the sides which is disappointing

It absolutely gets the pool clean. It does not go up the pool stairs but overall it’s a great product.

We have been through five different vacuums for our pool, trying to find one that would work with the steps and ledges a d not get stuck! This is the only one we have used that works in our pool. The track tire system is fantastic along with the diverse cleaning mechanism and ability to scrub the pool clean.

Love it, but hate when it stuck at the steps.

We don’t want to inundate you with suggestions but have a few tips to help alleviate the steps issue: - Observe the cleaner for more than five minutes and ensure that each drive track is periodically reversing direction. - Ensure the swivel on top of the cleaner rotates freely. - Count wheel rotations to verify proper flow.
