Previously using the older model MX8..... the MX8 Elite is far superior ....not sure if by chance the Elite was tweaked in design or parts make- up but it is certainly outperforming the older model.

Love this Zodiac MX8. It’s very easy to use and has been doing a great job on our pebble tech pool surface. We don’t have a dedicated skimmer for a pool vac, so I only run it for a couple of days a week when we’re not using the pool, but it’s a simple process. Also appreciate that the hose comes in sections so it’s easy to store in the deck box.
