Price was good and it arrived very quickly. Very Happy with this company and will use them again. I have been usinging the Baracuda G3 for years and it always performs well and at a decent price.
5-star functionalityit very effectively removes leaves without restricting water flow. 4-star ease-of-useit only operates submerged, must fish it out of pool to empty. 3-star qualitygood quality material, but the lid locking mechanism is underbuilt in that the locking tabs can fail (mine broke off when I mistakenly allowed it to overfill). The unit was then useless (short of duck taping it). Overall I will buy again unless I find something better (or equal and cheaper).
Zodiac in line leaf catcher So far I'm happy with this canister filter. It connected easily to my Zodiac pool sweep and seems to catch the leaves effectively. The only drawback I see is that it's so small. If you have a lot of leaves you will need to clean the canister often, otherwise this would be a five star.
the hayward catcher frequently develops a leak in the seal. This unit does not. Also water flow is not impeded as the basket fills up. This is also smaller, but compacts debris well.
