Crooked and Unethical! Placed an online order on August 5 for product. Product was received completely damaged and unusable. Called and emailed. No reply. Ended up opening a claim with paypal. They ended up send the replacement package 2 weeks later to the completely wrong business in a completely different State. Had to dispute with PayPal again....STILL NO REFUND!
