The first call had a misinformed representative. Told her I would call back when ready to buy. Received 4 more calls; very annoying. Chris, however, on 1/29 was very well informed and efficient.

I love it, it is easy, and comfortable to use. I also love the fact that, I'm able to use this device on different areas of my body, such as my neck, throughout my back, legs, and feet. I would highly recommend...thank you.
