The service was great and very informative
From start to finish this was an extremely easy and efficient process. I have chronic pain and a good stim unit is imperative for my functionality. I'd like to especially commend our rep, Shane Lougheed, for assisting us with our Zynex supplies here at Elite PT. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.
You have done a great job
Your service rep was very helpful over the phone she walked me thru several steps to try and get my tens unit working. She was very helpful and courteous. Whenever I have called Zynex with problems with billing they've been awesome!
