Ordering shipping and arrival all good. I love the product. It works. However, after the 5th night the strap that holds the tongue back broke. Could I get a replacement?
I sleep much deeper and my wife says no snoring! Only issue is some jaw soreness for about a half hour every morning

Help me stop snoring but the hard plastic hurts me in spots
Product showed up on time. Product does not stay fit in the mouth. Kept finding it next to the pillow in the middle of the night. Need to design one that snaps to the lower jaw as a dental nightguard does but still has the strap to hold the tongue in place.

Not bad but the part that fit my teeth is coming out. I still snore but not as loud as before.
It worked the first night but the second night the molding started to come apart. Not sure if I did something wrong in the molding process but was a little disappointed.
The tongue strap on the first mouthpiece I received broke after two days of use. But I was given a replacement at no cost so that was good customer service. I am having difficulty using it. It does cause me to choke a lot and drool. So far, I have not had much success with it.
