So the month piece works better than others but it is falling apart. I have ordered another zyppah but I think that should last more than 3 months.

I like this product, but your marketing and shipping prices never fail to make me feel taken advantage of… You know that feeling when you’re being ripped off, but there’s nothing you can do about it? Zyppah helps, but I think you could keep your prices consistent and your shipping consistently fair so I felt less like a hostage than a valued customer (which I have been for at least 10 years).
The tongue strap gags me so had to cut is out. Still works on stopping snoring. However the fit is problematic for a larger mouth. Would be great if you could adjust the width of the mouth guard to improve fit and stability in the mouth, making swallowing your saliva easier at night.

The product design is good other than the material in the middle. I’ve ordered two different devices and within 1 week, both of them no longer worked and fell out. Both were on the bottom of the device.
Great product, however the instructions for the initial setup could have been much better. It turns out I bit through the bottom part of the mold which meant that there was a piece of the mold hanging off of it and it was very uncomfortable since my bottom teeth were pressed against the actual plastic mouthpiece, rather than the mold…whaic subsume my teeth sore.
