I seem to sleep better and feel more energized in the morning when wearing my Zyppah. It didn't take too long to adjust to it, although there was a lot a drool for a while. What I appreciated most was that when my order was lost in shipping, it was handled promptly. They had me reorder, at no charge of course, and even with a supply shortage, I was able to get my order in a couple weeks. (more quickly than what was stated.)
It took awhile to get used to the Zyppah. It fits tightly over my lower teeth and teeth on one side were sore for a few days initially. The lower part sometimes “sticks” between my lower jaw and lip, so it is hard to remove in the morning. Other than these two minor issues, it seems to be doing the job.

So, I tried it…. And unfortunately it did not work for me. I still have it & use occasionally, but overall it didn’t decrease my snoring time. I really had hope it would work & was sad that it didn’t.

Great quality, but it’s too small for my mouth. Bite down and fits just too small.
