I tried several times to get the fit right. The tongue thingy seems gimmicky..., my tongue slides back and under the strap. The mouth guard ends up loose in my mouth, and I end up gagging myself awake.
Doesn’t work a little bit
Didn't work, waste of money. Also creates jaw pain when worn for a few nights. Snoring didn't stop.
The tongue strap broke within a week
Concept is nice, but extremely uncomfortable. No way I could get use to it.
Tried to use it for 10days by the instructions and cant stop gagging and choking with in my mouth. Need to return it for a refund
The device has not held up well for me at all. It worked for about 4-5 days, then the molding material started to wear significantly and the tongue strap stretched out
Distinction between whether you have a tongue problem or a nasal cavity problem needs to be mentioned. This product doesn’t work if you have nasal cavity isdues
