Your website advertises that trying your product is risk free, however there is the risk of not being able to return the product without paying to return it. Having to pay for return shipping isn't risk free, the risk is me still having to pay money to return the item.
Totally sucked. Keep trying obtain a return code from the company. Haven’t been able to get the code after two weeks of trying!!
appliance is too big and uncomfortable, need to reduce overall size. Does not stop snoring, may reduce but does not stop it, wife still says i am snoring. Also it sticks to my tongue and lips as mouth dries out. Would not recommend to others.
Device is too big. I don’t think it could fit in anyone’s mouth. Horrible fit and the molding didn’t work well
I still haven’t received my guard. It was damaged / returned and when it was delivered back to you, it was marked delivered. I emailed 8 times in a month and never heard back. The phone number just points back to the email address. I will just have to file a chargeback with my bank and file with BBB.
Unit is too small and it still hurts my tongue. Snoring was reduced.
