The mouth piece is TINY ... I mean, meant for toothless toddlers tiny. When i put it in my mouth befor heating it up just to see how it felt ... it was almost on the inside of my teeth. There was NO WAY this chinsey thing was going to fit. I tried fitting it anyway ... and the hard plastic piece that doesn't move NEVER was able to get outside my teeth to form a proper fit. The mouth piece seems to small. It doesn’t seal well and falls out in the middle of the night.
I don't know. I wasn't able to sleep with the mouthpiece in.
I have bought several of these devices and this brand didn’t work for me at all. It needs to be larger. The tongue strap needs to be gone and it needs to be hinged. I am buying more to try and find the right one. This one didn’t work for me is all.
Don’t sell something that breaks within two weeks. And then say it has to do with cleaning. Simple. Not good customer service
It didn’t fit at all. Not even close. It was completely unusable and I have thrown it out.
It did not work and was not molded correctly
Product ruined after 2nd attempt to set the bite. No longer held lower jaw together.
The product wasn’t what I thought it would be I never used it and I wanted to return it the next day ,but it was hard contacting your office can you forward me information on your return policy so I can get a refund
