Spoke with Ariana on the phone and had a tour with Crystal in admissions. Crystal is amazing and she made the admission process very smooth. Me and my family are happy we chose Escondido Post Acute.

Toured other facilities in the vicinity and I I picked Escondido Post Acute for my mom's recovery since it was very clean and all of the staff that I encountered were all very friendly. So far so good!

My father recently had a wonderful experience at Escondido Past Acute. The entire staff is exceptional, and everyone goes the extra mile. I couldn't be more grateful for finally getting my father home.

My fiance was admitted here last feb 24 2026 and nurses here take care of him good especially a cna named cecilia . Until we get discharged and safetly came home . I would like to thank the staff that take care of my fiance thank you so much.

My dad was temporarily placed here for rehabilitation. This is not your typical skilled nursing facility. As soon as we walked in the door it smelled really good and My mother and I were greeted by the most kind, loving, and considerate staff. My dad's care was nothing short of amazing. I hope you don't have to use a facility or rehabilitation center, but if you do, this is one of six I've spent extensive time at as a visitor and I am beyond impressed. My first pick, for sure. A family member has been here for nearly one month due to an illness requiring the level of care provided at a skilled nursing facility (SNF). I've visited at least 5 to 6 days weekly. This place may not be the nicest looking, but let me tell you this - they treated my dad with dignity, and he recovered quickly. So, we really can't complain.
