I was her for a few days to help out the tenants but Kaylene is an awesome event manger/director. She is really kind to all the tenants and everyone really enjoys her around. Everyone else is also very kind as well.

I was admitted to this facility after an accident and broken bone. My family, friends and I were very impressed with the quality of care I received. The food was good and the alternate menu was a nice bonus. The majority of employees were focused on their service to patients, and the office staff was very helpful in expediting my discharge. All these things together helped to make a difficult time much easier to manage. Thank you!

This facility is awesome, great leadership and great team overall. Had the opportunity to place one of our patients under respite here family was extremely happy and grateful that a EPAR took care of their father very well. Absolutely love our partnership with Escondido Post Acute.

Friendly, hard-working staff. All I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable. They were a Great help to my homeless friend in need of multiple services. Dispatch nurse Aliyah is a superhero!! She was able to help him get his replacement car registration, his SSI payments, and basic housing. All rehabs should be like this.

Recently we visited the Escondido Post Acute to visit a resident. As we were walking through the building, it was nice to see happy and hard-working caregivers and professionals attending to the needs of the patients. We appreciate the teamwork and interest that was given to the resident. The courtyard was nicely decorated and seemed to promote a healthy environment to promote recovery.

I was here in 2010 and again in 2011. The place was a joke, I swore I'd never come back. They have changed management companies since then. Here it is 2024 and I decided to return for care. This place has done a 360, caring staff as well as administration. The food is very important for healing and health, it's very balanced, nutritious and tasteful and adjusted for your specials needs. My mom had a short stay at Escondido Post Acute Rehab but memorable. This skilled nursing facility may be older on the outside but has a big heart on the inside with caring staff. I was impressing with the kindness of the staff from Crystal in admissions to the CNA's, Nurses and the Director of nursing Angie. A BIG thank you to the staff for responding quickly and helping to save her life! Our family will always be grateful!

I'm impressed how clean the placed looked. I know the facility is packed with Covid patients, my dad being on of them. The staff is very friendly and I give my hands off to a job well done. They show a lot of care and professionalism towards there sick elderly patients. It's not easy working with rooms full of patients but they do there best. Great job to everyone at this facility.
