Get directionsI would like to say how happy we are with the care of our 97 year old mom. From the Social worker, receptionist, the physical therapy and the amazing nurses. They all have been amazing. Such a happy place even met the head cook. Wish I could remember his name. We met him on his break and it was pizza night. He asked us what our mom's favorite pizza was and her room number. And surprise! Her pizza had everything she likes on it. She loves the food and says it's always hot. Our family visits a lot and we couldn't be more ple... read more
These guys really are great. They have a wonderfully delightful staff and are very concerned with their patients' well being and happiness. They are extremely helpful and caring people as well, of course, as skilled nurses and patient care experts. I had a debridement of necrotic tissue and was hooked up to a wound vac for about a month and looked after following a 4th surgery for a severely broken ankle. The Drs and nurses were extremely efficient in taking care of my injuries and hygiene and feeding quite exceptionally dec... read more
Mom been here a year and a half now. She's been receiving a good care most of the time. Thanks to the nurses at station 4 where mom is staying and to her CNA's . She's also receiving a good nutrition, the dietitian is always discussing choices of foods as mom is sometimes picky. The assistant director of nursing is also helpful every time I run to her if problems arise and in no beat she tries to solve it! Only now that I know Director of activities exists. She introduced herself as the new director of activities and asked w... read more
I was her for a few days to help out the tenants but Kaylene is an awesome event manger/director. She is really kind to all the tenants and everyone really enjoys her around. Everyone else is also very kind as well.
I was admitted to this facility after an accident and broken bone. My family, friends and I were very impressed with the quality of care I received. The food was good and the alternate menu was a nice bonus. The majority of employees were focused on their service to patients, and the office staff was very helpful in expediting my discharge. All these things together helped to make a difficult time much easier to manage. Thank you!
This facility is awesome, great leadership and great team overall. Had the opportunity to place one of our patients under respite here family was extremely happy and grateful that a EPAR took care of their father very well. Absolutely love our partnership with Escondido Post Acute.
Friendly, hard-working staff. All I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable. They were a Great help to my homeless friend in need of multiple services. Dispatch nurse Aliyah is a superhero!! She was able to help him get his replacement car registration, his SSI payments, and basic housing. All rehabs should be like this.
Recently we visited the Escondido Post Acute to visit a resident. As we were walking through the building, it was nice to see happy and hard-working caregivers and professionals attending to the needs of the patients. We appreciate the teamwork and interest that was given to the resident. The courtyard was nicely decorated and seemed to promote a healthy environment to promote recovery.
I haven't been here, myself, but I'm grateful my friend was admitted. Good reviews since new management.
